SHIPPING

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $100. Enter your postcode in the Shipping Calculator for the Standard Shipping option. Standard shipping for under $100 is $8.95.

We only ship within AUSTRALIA. NO international shipping.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are based on the day of dispatch, not the purchase date.

Fro Australia Metropolitan area you should receive your goods within 3-5 business days. For the rest of Australia your order will arrive within 4-7 business days.

 

WHAT can be returned?
A Trip To The Moon does not allow any refund for change of mind. We will only refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty item where special care instructions were not followed.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please contact us prior to sending back item within 7 days of the purchase. We will inform then of what the return instructions are.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact us before returning the item(s). Return the item(s) to 155 The Parade Norwood SA 5069 by post or in store.

HOW do customers return items?
It is very important that the item been returned is in "new", unused condition with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached. We will not be able to accept any item for return if it has been used. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed- for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.

SHIPPING for returns?
All postage costs associated with the exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs except in the case where the wrong order has been shipped.

we will credit your account once the item has been received.
